Kirkstall Place is a major regeneration project in this evolving neighbourhood of Leeds. With 263 dwellings, a mix of houses and apartments, and exceptional views from this steep and challenging site, AXIS gained planning consent for this development for the innovative developer Artisan.
The gradients have enabled AXIS to cleverly conceal much of the car parking so the landscaping does not become dominated by vehicles. This allows for innovative uses of external spaces for use by people to help create a new community and to connect to the strong sense of place that Kirkstall already has.
Start on site is expected during 2021.
